I'm a systems and patterns thinker. I move through marketing problems by connecting the dots between product, sales, audience, and channel — finding where the process is broken, building the answer bottom-up. I ask a lot of questions and tend to surface what other people in the room have stopped noticing.

Writing has been the through-line since I was a child. I studied journalism in the Netherlands, wrote for Dutch print magazines, kept columns since university, and had short fiction published along the way. The marketing career came from the same instinct: translating complex things into language people can actually use.

Outside the work, the writing keeps going. I'm working on a literary non-fiction book and looking for a publisher. Once a month I co-host Club Motte — a real-life storytelling night in Berlin in the spirit of The Moth. No mic, no notes, no reading.

I co-wrote the script for the indie feature MCMX, which premiered at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival in 2025. When I'm not writing, I paint — abstract, fluid, at @abstracting.csilla.

Yes. Many engagements start with an audit and move into a retainer once we've established working rhythm.

Do you work with companies outside Europe?

Yes. As long as the time zones allow a real working overlap, location doesn't matter.

What languages do you work in?

English and Dutch as full working languages. German for strategy, leadership, and team direction. Hungarian is my mother tongue.
